I wouldn't mind making a few calls to old friends that aren't planning to attend and squeezing them a little. Looking forward to a good time. Larry and I are looking forward to being there. I hope we can find more classmates. So many that weren't there last time I'd like to see. We had a really great time and are looking forward to repeating that. See you' all in September. Kathleen (McConnell) Kombrinck - 09-20-2011 Isn't this exciting! Less than 12 whole months until our class' 50th reunion!!! I saved the date on my calendar and I'm already making initial plans so that I don't miss this special weekend. Thank you to the committee who not only planned and executed our 47th, but is working hard already on our 50th! I so look forward to seeing all of you in 2012! Â Between now and then who has the website for 'Hair Replacement for Men?' Â What is life without the ability to laugh at ourselves? See you all soon. Gayle Johnson Quigley - 03-27-2011 Just wondering if anyone has started making plans for our 50th Class Reunion next year in 2012? Hope they make it nicer this time and have it at a nicer place with a little more atmosphere and a little better sit down dinner and maybe some entertainment like a band or DJ so we can dance etc. I have talked to several other classmates and they are hoping the same. Maybe you could have it at a hotel somewhere where you could have everything there so the people coming from out of town wouldn't have to travel around. My husbands class did that last year down in Davenport, Iowa and it worked out very well. If you agree with my why not send in some remarks so suggestions. Gayle (Johnson) Quigley - 02-05-2010 What a wonderful reunion high fives to the committee. Just was't enough time though to get around to see everyone can't wait till 2012 for our 50th. Only let's try to have it somewhere else besides the VFW. Why not try having it at some hotel where you can have everything there including the dinner and lodging for us out of towners. Maybe have a little entertainment like a DJ or something to liven it up. This is a big event let's do it up big!!!!!!! Another suggestion is friends of mine that live in Lisle had their reunion on a dinner boat cruise on lake Michigan something like that would be fun. Patricia Brooks Choat - 11-06-2009 The reunion was absolutely wonderful. Larry and I had such a great time seeing all of you again. The committee did an awesome job of it and I am already looking forward to the 50th. Wish I was closer so I could work on the next reunion. Thanks so much to all of you who worked so hard to put this together. I know it takes much time and effort. Thanks, Linda and Rich for opening up your beautiful home on Friday night. It was the perfect spot. I hope all you those who didn't attend will come to the next one. Let's all stay in touch!!! Pat Beverley (Slifer) Urschel - 09-18-2009 Three cheers for the entire committee who put the reunion together!!! It takes a lot of work, but was well worth it. We all had such fun, and there were so many classmates there that I didn't get around to talk to everyone. (I'm sure that is the case with many others, too.)
